Water Sprinkler Truck Usage Guide: Preparation Work and Operating Steps

Water sprinkler truck Preparation Before Use:

1️⃣ Understand the water collection location and water source conditions, and choose a solid and flat area.

2️⃣ Check all connection parts for looseness. If necessary, tighten them.

3️⃣ Check the entire vehicle for oil leakage, air leakage, and water leakage. If necessary, eliminate these issues.

4️⃣ Check the suction hose for any fractures, air leaks, or blockages. If necessary, replace it.

5️⃣ Before water collection, close all drainage pipe valves. The valve handle should be parallel to the main pipeline when opened.

Water filling operation:

1️⃣ For the self-flowing water filling valve, drive the vehicle under the water supply pipe, park safely, close all drain valves, open the top cover of the tank, align the water filling pipe with the tank opening, open the water supply pipe valve to fill water, closely monitor the water level gauge, and promptly close the valve when the water level reaches the maximum mark. Then close the tank opening cover and complete the water filling operation.

2️⃣ For the passive water filling valve of the fire hydrant, connect the end with the 65 standard connector water bag to the fire hydrant interface, and connect the other end to the water filling port of the water tank fireball valve. First, open the tank fireball valve and the straight-through ball valve to the left, then open the fire hydrant water valve, start filling water into the tank, closely monitor the water level gauge, and promptly close the fire hydrant valve when the water level reaches the maximum mark. Then close the water tank fireball valve and the straight-through ball valve to the left, remove the water bag, and complete the water filling operation.

3️⃣ For the pond flushing operation valve, complete the preparatory work before the operation. Position the sprinkler truck as close as possible to the water source, park safely, turn off the engine and ignition, remove the suction hose, connect the inlet port of the 4-way three-way ball valve, place the other end of the suction pipe in the water, ensure that the water inlet pipe is 300 millimeters below the leaf surface, first open the handle of the 4-way three-way ball valve to the right, then open the handle of the straight-through ball valve to the left, pay attention to ensuring that the suction hose is undamaged and not blocked.

Pumping operation:

1️⃣ Start the vehicle engine. When the vehicle pressure gauge reaches 0.6 megapascals, firmly press the chassis clutch and keep the take-off gear switch open. Then slowly release the clutch. Remember, never pull out the take-off gear control handle when the air pressure is insufficient. Otherwise, due to the incomplete connection between the take-off gear and the gearbox, the gearbox and the take-off gear will be damaged.

2️⃣ The operation method for switching the take-off gear is to firmly press the clutch pedal, then slowly release the clutch pedal. Ensure that the take-off gear is fully engaged or disengaged with the gearbox. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the gearbox and the take-off gear. The working speed of the water pump can be adjusted by controlling the accelerator. Pay close attention to the water level gauge. When it reaches the maximum scale, firmly press the clutch pedal, turn off the take-off gear switch, slowly release the clutch pedal, close the four-way three-way ball valve valve on the left, and close the straight-through ball valve valve on the right. Then, retract the suction hose and complete the pumping operation. 

Spraying operation:

According to the requirements of the working environment, open the ball valve switch of the front and rear spray side high-pressure cannon that you want to operate. The vehicle should be in neutral gear, start the vehicle engine, deeply press the clutch and keep the starter switch open. Slowly release the clutch pedal, and the sprinkler pump will start to operate. The vehicle begins to work. After the operation is completed, park the vehicle by placing the gearshift lever in the neutral position, pull up the handbrake, and deeply press the clutch.
