Refrigerated truck body configuration:

(1): The refrigerated truck adopts a steel-wood structure, with thermal break insulation technology, a galvanized steel tube frame, and high-quality fiberglass reinforced plastic (GRP) selected for both the interior and exterior (non-light-absorbing, good heat insulation, high hardness, and strong oxidation resistance). The middle is filled with 8 cm thick XPS extruded polystyrene boards. High-strength adhesives and a positive pressure machine are used for hot pressing and forming (an automatic gluing and pressing machine is adopted, which can complete gluing and pressing in one go, ensuring uniform gluing, no bulging, and rapid and efficient plate output).

(2): The floor is made of plastic steel checkered plate, with skirts on the inner side of the box, right-angle cornering on the inside of the box, two drainage holes at the front, and a labyrinth rubber sealing strip on the door edge. The door frame is made of bright stainless steel.

(3): The refrigerated truck body accessories: The box is surrounded by thickened aluminum alloy trim, stainless steel corner guards, stainless steel door locks and hinges, stainless steel lock parts and hinges, and energy-saving LED lighting inside the box.
