Two enterprises in Suizhou have been selected as 5G factories

On November 28th, it was learned from the Economic and Information Bureau of Suizhou City that recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the "2024 5G Factory List". A total of 9 cities in the province had projects selected. The Chengli Group and Jianmin Pharmaceutical of Suizhou City successfully made the list, achieving a breakthrough in 5G factories in Suizhou City and ranking 4th in the province in terms of the number of selections. 

The factories selected for this time from Suizhou enterprises are "Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine 5G Smart Factory" of Jianmin Group Ye Kai Thailand Medicine (Suizhou) Co., Ltd. and "Chengli Special Vehicle 5G Smart Factory" of Chengli Special Vehicle Co., Ltd., both of which were jointly built by Suizhou Unicom and the enterprises. 

Jianmin Pharmaceutical's modern traditional Chinese medicine 5G intelligent factory, through 5G intelligent transformation, has achieved quality control throughout the entire production process from raw medicinal materials, intermediates to finished products, as well as real-time dynamic monitoring and regulation control of drug quality. It has enhanced the automation level of online quality monitoring in traditional Chinese medicine production, ensuring the reliability, stability and uniformity of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine. 

Chengli Special Vehicles' 5G Smart Factory integrates technologies such as 5G, automated control, Internet of Things, new sensors, and cloud computing. It combines automated production, integrated applications, refined management, visual monitoring, and rational scheduling to create a platform based on the Internet for research and development capabilities and open sharing. This promotes the digitalization of company management, R&D, production, marketing, finance, and office management, increasing the company's production efficiency by 25%, shortening the product delivery cycle by 20%, and significantly facilitating the transformation and upgrading of special vehicle manufacturing.
