Main performance and features of the garbage compactor truck
1. Electric and hydraulic joint control. The control system of the garbage compactor truck comprehensively
utilizes the advantages of electric control and hydraulic control, and controls the hydraulic valve group
through the electric control system, which improves the reliability and efficiency of use.
2. Automatic control of engine power output. The engine power output control, that is, the throttle control,
can be fully automatically controlled through the electrical system to meet the power requirements of garbage
compression and filling cycle and pushing and unloading. Under other working conditions, the engine is
automatically in the idle state, which can reduce power loss and failure rate, reduce fuel consumption, and
improve the economy of use.
3. Frame structure. The garbage truck body adopts a solid frame structure welded by reinforcing beams and
steel plates. The side and top surfaces are arc surfaces, with beautiful appearance, light weight, good force,
and no deformation; the bulldozer is composed of a rectangular tube skeleton and a folding panel. It is not only
light in structure, but also can make the garbage evenly distributed and unload cleanly and thoroughly; the filler
is mainly composed of the filler shell, slide plate, scraper and other components. Each component adopts a beam
plate or box structure with good force, with a solid structure and light weight.
4. Sealing treatment eliminates secondary pollution. The garbage is in a closed state during compression, filling
and transportation. The joint surface between the garbage bin and the filler is equipped with a special rubber
sealing strip, which is compressed and sealed by a locking device; the sewage tank is equipped with a unique
drain valve, which is reliable and not easy to clog. The optional filler cover completely covers the feed port of the
filler, eliminating the phenomenon of garbage dust flying caused by air flow disturbance at the rear of the garbage
compactor truck during the transportation process, and the appearance is more beautiful.
5. Hydraulic lifting safety circuit. A two-way balancing valve is set in the hydraulic system of the lifting filler.
This valve not only ensures the smooth descent of the filler, but also cuts off the direct connection between
the lifting cylinder and the hydraulic hose. Even if the oil pipe bursts, the filler will not fall suddenly, which
improves the safety of use.
6. Advanced electronic control system. It is controlled by the CAN bus on-board controller. The control circuit
is generated in the controller. The logic circuit is used to ensure that each operation instruction is executed in
sequence. At the same time, it ensures that each operation instruction is interlocked. There is only a line connection
outside, which reduces the failure rate, avoids accidents caused by misoperation, and improves reliability. The
specially set emergency brake button can stop the garbage filling mechanism in any state or any position to
ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
7. The garbage compactor truck filler and the box body are combined with a locking mechanism, and the skateboard
is guided by a nylon slider. The structure of the joint between the filler and the box body is reasonable, and thelocking full sealing technology is adopted. The skateboard track is made of high-strength manganese steel material
and is integrally stamped, and the skateboard movement is guided by a nylon slider.
8. Automatic and manual operating system. Each mechanism has two operating modes: automatic and manual.
If the automatic operation fails, the mechanism operation and garbage unloading can be completed by manual
operation, which not only ensures the high efficiency of the garbage truck, but also provides great convenience for
debugging, maintenance and fault handling.
9. Convenient operation control. The operation control box is installed in the cab and at the rear of the garbage compactor truckThe operation control box in the cab can control the pushing and unloading and select the operation mode (such as automatic or
manual), and the operation control box at the rear of the vehicle controls the operation of the pressing and filling mechanism and
the bucket turning mechanism. It is very convenient to use and operate. Especially in landfills, operators can complete unloading
